INSIGHT Academy are pleased to host bitesize sessions on “Trauma & How to Respond” training with Sarah Miller.

Who should attend?
· Frontline support workers
· Outreach teams
· Housing and substance misuse staff working with people experiencing homelessness or exploitation

What will I learn?
• Analysed what is meant by traumatic experiences and the feeling of trauma.
• Described the signs of trauma and creating trauma responsive approaches.
• Observed what customers have experienced and how this impacts how they relate to services.
• Discovered the emotional and psychological needs of service users.
• Discovered how to continue to develop and transform the way services are delivered.
