Overview
An introductory course helping frontline workers to identify hidden risks, recognize exploitation and act to safeguard vulnerable people.
Target Audience
  • Frontline support workers
  • Outreach teams
  • Housing and substance misuse staff working with people experiencing homelessness or exploitation
Course Aims
  • Increase awareness of hidden vulnerabilities in people affected by homelessness and substance use.
  • Recognise indicators of exploitation and cuckooing
  • Strengthen confidence in responding to safeguarding concerns and making effective referrals
