Today I awoke in a cloud of terror,
I could not bring myself to look in the mirror.
In the kitchen the bottle rattled in my hand,
I take the capsule and all my fears dissolve to sand.
Do I leave the house today,
Will I be able to find my way.
Curl up into a ball of absolute worry,
